Morning Pages

Recently I have heard of something called morning pages. It’s a practice to right 3 pages in a notebook to empty your mind of all the things that have been jumbled up in your head.

From the YouTube videos I’ve seen, it looks like its a good way to start your day. It clears your mind, getting rid of intrusive thoughts that usually bug you during the day.

I’m planning to make this a part of my daily routine – because I have quite a bit of intrusive thoughts each day. Those thoughts make me feel sad, bad or other range of emotions.

I have tried Morning Pages 2 times this week – each time I tried it – I actually had a clear head during the day. I felt less burdened by thoughts that usually trouble me.
